Key Advantages
Uses premium, low-surface-load electric heating elements with centralized flange connections for rapid, uniform heat transfer. The heating elements can achieve a service life of up to 20,000 operating hours under suitable operating conditions.
The PLC controller automatically switches heating element groups according to real-time heating demand, helping prevent localized overheating, balance component wear, and reduce sudden electrical load fluctuations.
