Product Overview
The WRF Series Horizontal Industrial Hot Air Furnace is designed to provide reliable, energy-efficient hot air for a wide range of industrial heating and drying processes. Available in direct and indirect heating configurations, it delivers hot air at temperatures of up to 1000°C for direct heating or up to 350°C for indirect heating, where clean, dust-free hot air is required. Featuring an integrated combustion chamber and heat exchange system, advanced heat transfer technology, and intelligent automatic temperature control, the WRF Series supports multiple fuels, including natural gas, diesel, coal, and biomass. Its compact horizontal structure, flexible installation options, and automated operation make it a practical heating solution for industrial production lines requiring stable and controllable thermal energy.

Key Advantages
Provides hot air at temperatures of up to 350°C for indirect heating or up to 1000°C for direct heating, meeting diverse industrial drying and high-temperature processing requirements.
Utilizes multi-head spiral-grooved fin technology to intensify flue gas turbulence, reduce the laminar boundary layer, and improve heat transfer performance for efficient thermal energy utilization.
Directly converts fuel energy into process heat, potentially reducing operating costs to approximately one-third of equivalent electric heating systems, depending on fuel prices, electricity tariffs, and operating conditions.
Features a multi-layer sleeve structure with separate air and flue gas passages. This arrangement helps prevent direct contact between combustion products and the process air, making it suitable for applications requiring clean, dust-free hot air.
Integrates the combustion chamber and heat exchanger into a compact unit that can be positioned above, below, or beside compatible processing equipment, potentially reducing the need for dedicated boiler room construction.
Equipped with automatic temperature regulation and real-time operating displays. The combustion system can be configured for natural gas, diesel, coal, or biomass, with fuel-specific furnace and combustion arrangements designed to support reliable, automated operation.
