The YLL Series Vertical Biomass/Coal-Fired Chain-Grate Thermal Oil Heater is designed to provide reliable, high-temperature process heating for industrial applications. Featuring an automatic chain-grate combustion system and a three-pass flue gas structure, it supports continuous fuel feeding, automatic ash discharge, and efficient heat transfer. Its liquid-phase thermal oil circulation system delivers temperatures exceeding 300°C at relatively low operating pressure, making it suitable for processes requiring stable, precise, and continuous heat supply. With customizable furnace geometry, intelligent temperature control, and comprehensive safety interlocks, the YLL Series offers a practical heating solution for facilities using bituminous coal or biomass fuels.

Uses Siemens or Delixi electrical components, with optional touchscreen control, automatic combustion adjustment, and multi-level safety interlocks. The system is designed to maintain thermal oil outlet temperature control accuracy of ±1°C under suitable operating conditions.
