The YLW Series Horizontal Biomass/Coal-Fired Chain-Grate Thermal Oil Heater is designed for reliable, high-temperature industrial process heating using solid fuels. Featuring an automatic chain-grate combustion system, a horizontal three-pass flue gas structure, and a combination of square radiant coils and serpentine convective coils, it delivers efficient heat transfer and stable thermal oil circulation at temperatures up to 340°C. Its split-type furnace and grate design allows combustion chamber customization according to different coal and biomass characteristics, while intelligent Siemens or Delixi control components provide precise temperature regulation and comprehensive safety interlocks. With automatic fuel feeding, mechanical ash discharge, and a robust thermal oil heating system, the YLW Series is suitable for continuous industrial operation and demanding process heating applications.
