Product Overview
The CWNS Series Industrial Gas/Oil-Fired Atmospheric Hot Water Boiler is designed to provide dependable hot-water heating for industrial and commercial facilities. Its horizontal, three-pass, wet-back fire-tube structure promotes effective heat transfer in a compact layout, while a high-performance burner and automated control system support efficient combustion and convenient operation. Continuous water-level monitoring, burner cut-off protection, pressure and electrical safety interlocks, and flue-gas temperature monitoring help operators manage the system safely and maintain stable performance. Available for natural gas, LPG, diesel, and heavy oil, the series offers rated heating capacities from 0.35 to 14 MW, with thermal efficiency of at least 95% and a design service life exceeding 20 years.

Key Advantages
The horizontal, eccentric wet-back design guides flue gas through a three-pass fire-tube system for effective heat transfer in a compact footprint.
The control system supports scheduled start/stop settings and automatic operation, helping reduce routine manual intervention.
A high-performance burner supports automatic combustion adjustment. The gas train can include filtration, pressure regulation, and solenoid shut-off components as specified.
Electronic water-level monitoring can trigger burner cut-off and an alarm when water levels fall below the safe operating range.
Pressure limits and electrical fault monitoring help stop the system and issue alarms when abnormal operating conditions are detected.
Continuous exhaust-temperature monitoring helps operators assess combustion conditions and support efficient boiler operation.
