The Huanuo SZL Series Industrial Biomass/Coal-Fired Water-Tube Hot Water Boiler is designed for industrial heating and process hot-water applications requiring reliable thermal output and flexible solid-fuel compatibility. Featuring a longitudinal double-drum structure, membrane water walls, and a mechanized chain-grate combustion system, it provides efficient heat transfer and controlled fuel combustion. Its optimized water circulation, multi-zone air distribution, and integrated primary ash separation help improve operating stability, reduce heat loss, and ease the load on downstream dust-collection equipment. Available in multiple capacity configurations, the SZL series offers a practical heating solution for industrial facilities, agricultural operations, and large-scale commercial heating projects.

Key Advantages
Smaller models feature a fully assembled packaged design, while larger units are divided into major modules for transportation, helping shorten on-site installation time and reduce construction costs.
Features a longitudinal double-drum structure with membrane water walls extending to the front and rear arches, improving furnace sealing and radiant heat absorption while reducing refractory maintenance requirements.
Equipped with a mechanized chain grate and independently adjustable under-grate air chambers, allowing airflow to be matched to different combustion stages for more uniform fuel burning.
Uses an S-shaped flue-gas turning path to separate larger dust particles through inertial effects, reducing the particulate load on downstream dust-collection equipment.
Features a rational downcomer-to-riser arrangement and an adequately sized water and heating system to support stable circulation and reliable thermal output under changing loads.
Combines a suitably positioned fuel-feeding arrangement with adjustable secondary-air injection to promote the burnout of combustible volatiles and improve solid-fuel utilization.
