The Huanuo YGL Series Vertical Biomass/Coal-Fired Fixed-Grate Thermal Oil Heater is designed to provide reliable, high-temperature process heating for industrial applications using solid fuels. Featuring a vertical multi-coil structure and an optimized three-pass flue gas circulation system, it ensures uniform heat transfer, stable thermal output, and effective accommodation of thermal expansion. The split-type design separates the lower combustion equipment from the upper furnace body, allowing the furnace structure to be customized according to coal and biomass fuel characteristics for effective combustion.
Vertical coils and an optimized three-pass flue gas path promote uniform thermal fluid circulation and efficient heat transfer, supporting stable full-load operation.
Multi-head, small-diameter steel coils in the radiant and convective heating sections accommodate thermal expansion, helping reduce localized structural stress and extend equipment service life.
Designed for process temperatures above 300°C at an operating pressure below 1.0 MPa, providing high-temperature heat for demanding industrial applications.
Siemens or Delixi electrical components, with an optional bilingual HMI touch screen, support automated combustion control and precise thermal oil outlet temperature regulation within ±1°C.
Continuous monitoring of thermal fluid temperature, pipeline pressure, and exhaust gas temperature enables automatic protective shutdowns when abnormal operating conditions are detected, supporting safe, unattended operation.
